Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics

The Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics (LCAE) develops applied ethics knowledge and disseminates resources to students, staff, faculty, and the broader community in order help promote ethical reasoning in real world applications. The Arizona Bioethics Network is among those projects that highlight ethics in the health field; this enterprise partners with St. Luke's Health Initiatives to provide training in public health emergency ethics and other programs for practitioners, public health ethicists, and emergency planners. Other projects in health and bioethics at the center include the Interprofessional Code of Ethics Workshops, the Arizona Bioethics Network, ongoing research on nursing ethics, and singular events that connect the fields of technology, medicine, science, healthcare delivery, and policy.
